# Owner of Entities

How <<integrated-finance-short>> platform separates the data that belongs to you and your clients

As a customer of IF, you can manage both your operations and your clients' operations seamlessly. This distinction is managed using the `owner` field, which can have a value of either `organization` or `client`. Refer to the APIs listed below for more detailed information:

* [Accounts](https://developer.integrated.finance/docs/accounts)
* [Incoming Transfers](https://developer.integrated.finance/docs/incoming-transfers)
* [Beneficiaries](https://developer.integrated.finance/docs/beneficiaries)
* [Beneficiary Bank Accounts](https://developer.integrated.finance/docs/beneficiary-bank-accounts)
* [Outgoing Transfers](https://developer.integrated.finance/docs/outgoing-transfer)
* [Exchange Transactions](https://developer.integrated.finance/docs/exchanges)
* [Generic Transactions](https://developer.integrated.finance/docs/generic-transactions)

If the owner of an entity is set to `organization`, you can expect the `clientId` to always be `null` across all these APIs. The `clientId` parameter is only valid when the owner is set to `client`.
